requirements include proof of Flu, tetanus, mumps, measles, rubella, chicken pox vaccinations
and a TB test (either x-ray or skin test) that is less than 6 months old. ALL
SHOT RECORDS AND DRUG SCREEN ARE REQUIRED TO BE TURNED IN WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASS.
Dress
code is dark blue T-shirt (unprinted) or with EMS or Fire Department name, dark
pants and shoes. Each class is subject to approval of DSHS. Course approval information
will be provided upon request or registration. Tuition does not include
Textbooks,

Clinical Guidelines - EMT:
Two 12 hr. hospital rotations- Five 12 hr. ambulance rotations with a minimum
of 5 transports.
